Washing Hand Dyed, Nuno Felted Garments
Here is a quick video, demonstrating how I recommend washing your hand dyed, Nuno felted garments.
I wash the garment in lukewarm water with a bit of pH neutral dish soap - Ecover, Mayers or Dawn, for example. NOT Woolite! I let it sit about 15 minutes and then gently wring it out & let it soak in lukewarm rinse water. I show spinning out the water in my washer (NO added water, just spin) and then steam ironing it. Let it finish drying on a hanger.
