I have been reading a lot on line about how boutiques & fellow makers are managing during Covid - especially with garments. Here are the ways I am working with Customers....
- In-Studio Appointments - I only schedule one appointment per 24 day, we keep socially distant & I clean high touch areas, before & after an appointment. Any garments touched, go on a separate rack and are set aside for 48 hours.
- Shipping & local delivery - I can ship (drop) several sizes for you to try. Then you just return the one that does not fit, using a pre-paid shipping label & after holding the package for 24 hours, I open it and send a cc refund for the returned item(s).
- Custom Garments - I absolutely make custom garments. Just fill out the form and then I'll call and we can get even clearer about color, style & length. I get a 50% deposit to begin and final payment is due for me to ship. I absolutely want you to be happy with your custom garment! So, if adjustments are needed, no problem! I have done this many times and it is a really fun collaboration.
