When I first moved to the Cville, VA area, in August 1980, there were very few ethnic restaurants, it was hard to find Asian spices and the livin' was easy with sunny days all year 'round. Happily, in the intervening years, the town's ethnic diversity, self-reflection on issues of the area's racial history and an abundance of foodie options have augmented an already wonderful place to live. I am deeply grateful for all I have met & the abundance of nature, all around. I raise my glass to many more years!! (BTW - I'm rockin' my Garden Kimono Jacket in Rose)
