Early Spring in the Orchard - Natural Dyer's Play Ground
February & March are my Orchard trimming months, an important ritual that keeps the trees healthy. With 38+ fruit trees, it takes weeks to complete the trimming, while racing against the unfolding Spring.
This time, I'm on pace, except, as you will see, my peach trees are about to flower. Have a close look at how different they are - in color and in texture. Next weekend, I'll be sure to gather off the other fruit trees & compare them, too. BTW - the apple is Red Delicious, the Pears are D'Anjou, but I'm not sure about the Peaches. So Cool! Have a look at the video, below. NOW - Fruit Tree Bark Dyes are available on my website & through BotanicalColors.com. Happy Dyeing!
